Our very own previous committee Vice Chair, Dean Paron, was awarded the Climate Adaptation Leadership Award by the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies for his leadership in reducing climate-related threats and promoting adaptation of the nation’s natural resources through his work with local, state, and federal agencies on road crossings!

Katie Frerker, Climate Adaptation Specialist, Northern Institute of Applied Climate Science.  

Former Superior National Forest Ecologist Katie Frerker will present a high level overview of the finished Superior National Forest Assisted Migration Plan. The first of its kind in the nation!
